  • Do not share your login info. Not responsible for lost credits.
  • Malfunctions void all gameplay, credits and deposits.
  • Game credits are nontransferable. Once they have been loaded to the correct system, moving them will count as a redeem.
  • DO NOT argue, make demands or threats. You will be banned.
  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE, AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON.

    Please be aware, we do not own, regulate, or guarantee the functionality of these game systems.
    All sales are final, and ANY malfunctions void gameplay.

    Do you offer Free Play?

    We do not offer free play.
    Some of the systems do offer some sort of free play but that is out of our control.

    Any free play offered by those systems is nonredeemable.

    Do you offer referral bonus?

    Refer a friend and receive 5 credits added to any system we offer.
    --Please make sure your referral mentions that you sent them.
    --They must be a new customer and not already have an account with us.
    --They will need to use their own payment method and deposit at least $20 on the 1st or 2nd load.
    --Please claim your bonus within 2 days after they've completed the setup and deposit.

    What happens when I send to the wrong tag?

    We are not responsible for deposits sent to the wrong tag.

    If the tag IS one of ours you will have to wait until the tag comes back online or the host that controls that tag notices and loads.
    We can no longer offer a refund. Deposits sent to the wrong tag can only be loaded when that tag is available again.

    We try to load all deposits ASAP.
    Hosts only have access to the currently active tag.

    If the tag WAS NOT one of our tags, it is out of our control and we cannot help you.

    We will always give you the current tag when asked.

    We are not associated with CashApp and cannot refund deposits sent to someone else's tag. Any information or assistance we provide is purely out of courtesy and is not a requirement.

    We provide a link that will open cashapp and select the correct tag. We strongly suggest using this link to avoid issues.

    Hardware/Software Malfunctions?

    Lone Star Sweeps does not own or maintain the software offered, and can not guarantee its functionality.

    We only buy and sell the game credits used in game.

    There is currently no way to reach the developers or creators.

    YOU accept ALL risk when using the software and agree to not hold us responsible for any malfunctions.

    Please notice the differences in time zones. You may be located outside our area. If so, your time will be different.
    It's up to YOU to keep track of this difference. Always check the Active Payment Options page before sending.
    We are not responsible for deposits sent to the wrong tag. If you send to the wrong tag, you must wait until that tag is active to receive credit.

  • Fill all form fields and submit the form to get on list.
  • Form must be filled before midnight to be put on the list.
  • The LINK and CODE will expire 1 hour after we send them.
  • Redeem requests are handled in the order they are received.
  • Availability is managed by the system.
